Mr Branson please can you tell me why I get better internet connection at 30,000 ft in the air on a Norwegian Flight than I do with your broadband in my living room?
So far I have been connected for 3 hours with no loss of signal whereas if I’d been at home in that time I would have had to reset the router twice, turn off the ipad once and most likely have thrown the whole lot out of the window by now.

I’m sure there’s a simple explanation. I’ll try ringing the customer service centre when I get back. I’m sure those lovely people in Asia that don’t speak English will be happy to help…….
